Brandon Sweeney represents employees in prosecuting both private sector and public entity litigation. He has successfully handled a number of mediations and arbitrations to six-figure settlements. He has also handled a number of jury and bench trials, and participated in dozens more with co-counsel.
Brandon began his legal career as an associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. He then worked at a boutique plaintiff's firm where he represented employees, handling cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour violations.
Brandon is currently a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Brandon graduated from Southwestern School of Law where he was an editor on The Southwestern Law Journal. Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts from California State University of Northridge, where he studied Political Science. He is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
