Brandon Sweeney represents employees in prosecuting both private sector and public entity litigation. He has successfully handled a number of mediations and arbitrations to six-figure settlements. He has also handled a number of jury and bench trials, and participated in dozens more with co-counsel.
Brandon began his legal career as an associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP.
He then worked at a boutique plaintiff’s firm where he represented employees,
handling cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour violations.
